Luther Wellness Group, LLC, doing business as The Longevity Collective (“TLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates a subscription wellness platform for adults 50 and older, accessible through our website and hosted on the Kajabi platform (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and what choices you have.

By creating an account, subscribing to the Service, or otherwise using our website, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. 

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly: -  Name, email address, mailing address, phone number - Date of birth or age range (used to confirm eligibility for our 50+ programming) - Billing information, including payment card details (processed by our payment processor — see Section 5) - Account credentials (username, password) - Content you submit, such as community posts, comments, testimonials, or messages in community programming (e.g., Legacy Spotlight, Wisdom Wednesday, Still Climbing) - Information you provide when contacting customer support or completing surveys - Optional health, fitness, or dietary information you choose to share (for example, if you tell us about dietary restrictions, mobility limitations, or fitness goals in connection with meal plans or workout content).

Information collected automatically: - Device and browser information, IP address, general location (city/region level) - Usage data: pages visited, workouts viewed, videos watched, time spent on the Service, features used - Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 4).

Information from third parties: - Information from Kajabi (our website and course-hosting platform) related to your account activity - Information from our payment processor confirming successful transactions - Information from social media platforms if you interact with our Facebook ads or connect a social account.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: - Create and manage your subscription account - Process payments and manage billing - Deliver workouts, meal plans, articles, webinars, and community content - Personalize your experience (for example, recommending content based on your activity) - Communicate with you about your account, new content, or changes to the Service - Send marketing communications, which you may opt out of at any time - Respond to customer support requests - Maintain the security and integrity of the Service - Comply with legal obligations - Analyze usage trends to improve our programming and offerings.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies (including those provided by Kajabi and third-party analytics or advertising tools such as Meta/Facebook Pixel) to: - Keep you logged in - Remember your preferences - Understand how visitors use our site - Measure the effectiveness of our advertising, including Facebook ads.

5. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Kajabi and its integrated payment processors (which may include Stripe or PayPal). We do not store your full credit card number on our own servers. Payment information is subject to the privacy and security practices of these third-party processors, and we encourage you to review their policies.

6. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with: - Service providers, such as Kajabi (hosting, content delivery, email), payment processors, email/SMS marketing tools, and analytics providers, who process data on our behalf - Business partners, such as Anodyne Therapy, healthcare provider referral partners, or faith community partners, but only in aggregate or as necessary to facilitate a referral or partnership you’ve engaged with — never your private health or financial details without your consent - Legal and safety purposes, if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of TLC, our members, or others - Business transfers, if TLC or Luther Wellness Group, LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case member information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

7. Health and Wellness Content Disclaimer

TLC provides general wellness, fitness, and nutrition content for educational purposes. We are not a healthcare provider through this platform, and information you share with us (such as dietary preferences or fitness goals) is not treated as protected health information under HIPAA, because TLC is not a HIPAA-covered entity. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise or nutrition program, particularly given our focus on the 50+ demographic and members who may have pre-existing health conditions.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data as described in Section 9.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to: - Access the personal information we hold about you - Correct inaccurate information - Request deletion of your information - Opt out of marketing communications - Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (note: we do not sell personal information) - Request a copy of your data in a portable format.

California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). EU/UK residents, if applicable, may have rights under the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Service is intended for adults 50 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

11. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including relying on Kajabi’s platform-level security and encrypted payment processing. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
